2. Orders & Payments
2.1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by CFD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
2.2. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices listed are in [AUD] and exclude GST and shipping unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment is required before processing orders unless a trade account has been approved.
  • We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
2.3. Custom & Indent Orders
  • All custom-made and indent bulk orders require a deposit before production begins.
  • Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1. Delivery Locations & Timelines
  • We deliver Australia-wide, with lead times varying depending on order size, product availability, and location.
  • Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days for stock items and 4-6 weeks for custom orders.
3.2. Delivery Responsibility
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the goods upon arrival.
  • Any damages, missing items, or incorrect deliveries must be reported to CFD within 48 hours of receiving the order.
4. Returns & Warranty
4.1. Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for assessment and resolution.

4.2. Warranty Coverage
  • All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the item.
  • The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or damage caused by external factors.
  • Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.
5. Product Information & Customization
5.1. Accuracy of Information
  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur.
  • Customers are encouraged to view samples or visit our showroom for verification.
5.2. Custom Orders & Design Approvals
  • For custom furniture orders, clients must review and approve designs before production begins.
  • Once a custom order is approved and in production, changes cannot be made.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. No Liability for Indirect Losses
  • CFD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delivery delays, or service interruptions.
6.2. Installation & Usage
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are installed and used correctly.
  • Improper use, negligence, or modifications to the furniture void all warranties and liability.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership of Content
  • All logos, product designs, images, and content on our website and marketing materials are the intellectual property of CFD and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
8. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Queensland.
